Job Title: Sales Agent

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, selling products or services, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and cold call potential customers to introduce our products or services
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Actively seek out and pursue new sales opportunities
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management

Qualifications:
- Matric Certificate or relevant
- Proven sales experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-driven and results-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
